Cookies worth gathering around.

For me, baking has never really been just about making cookies. It’s about people. It’s about birthdays, weddings, new babies, holidays, milestones, and all of those little moments in life that deserve to be remembered. There is something so special about being trusted to create a small part of someone else’s celebration, and I never take that for granted.

I opened my first bakery in 2017 and storefront in 2019, and those years taught me so much about what it means to pour your heart into a small business. There were long days, messy kitchens, plenty of learning as I went, and so many moments that reminded me why I fell in love with baking in the first place.

Life has changed since then. I’ve grown, learned, continue to be a mom, and taken a few different paths — but I always found my way back to baking.

Hills Wild Flours is my way of coming back to something I love.

I love taking someone’s vision and turning it into something they can actually hold in their hands. A favorite color, a wedding invitation, a childhood theme, a company logo, an inside joke, or simply an idea someone has dreamed up — I get to turn those things into cookies.

And honestly, that’s my favorite part.

I’m a firm believer that the little details matter. The cookie sitting beside the birthday cake. The favor guests take home from a wedding. The box of cookies waiting on the counter for a special morning. Those seemingly small things often become part of the memories we keep.

As a mom and a small-business owner, I understand how quickly life moves. That’s why I put so much love into what I create. I want every box that leaves my kitchen to feel personal, thoughtful, and made especially for you.

So thank you for being here. Thank you for supporting a small, homegrown business. And most of all, thank you for trusting me with a little piece of your celebrations.
